In our fast-paced world, juggling work, personal responsibilities, and distractions can make stress overwhelming. This workshop provides actionable techniques to find calm amidst the chaos.

In the first class, you’ll learn essential stress-relief and management techniques from both Ayurveda—the science of life—and Yoga—the practice of uniting body, mind, and spirit—that you can easily incorporate into your daily life. The second class will build on this foundation with personalized strategies to address your specific stressors, helping you achieve greater balance and relaxation to support you every day.

Each week, we’ll meet on Zoom to explore these effective practices, designed for easy integration into your daily routine for improved relaxation and balance.

EVENT: AUTUMN EQUINOX SOUNDBATH & HEALING BONFIRE CEREMONY

To welcome in and celebrate the magic of Autumn, Dr. Bobbi Jones, DC and LJ Mehri, CST, LMT join their magical forces on Saturday, September 21st, 5:30-7:30pm, to help us welcome the seasonal shifts this Autumn Equinox. Equinoxes are when the length of daylight and nighttime are equal, in balance. Honored by traditions all over the world, celebrating the equinox is a way to reflect on the balance in your life between body, mind, and spirit. The Autumn is a time of year when, for many cultures, we harvest some of the rewards for our hard work. Whether that means harvesting yummy late summer foods, or harvesting abundance from a year of working on your self growth and personal evolution.

The Bonfire is a mystical human expression of transformation and renewal. We can literally burn what it is we don’t want, or symbolically transmute one state of mind into another state being. Fire gives us the chance to cleanse away obstacles within ourselves and then to celebrate the freedom that comes from letting go. When we let go, we make room for healing our entire selves, mind, body, and spirit.

Join us for a unique Somatic Soundbath with the added gift of therapeutic touch. As LJ masters her magic with her crystal bowls, Dr. Jones guides you into a Chakra Balancing dreamland with Breathwork (Pranayama), visualizations, and gentle Somatic touch, helping you discover where in your body your harmful emotions are stored. Trauma and chronic stress builds up in our nervous systems where it keeps us in defensive survival mode. This 6-part Hands-on Yoga & Mindfulness Series offers personal attention, interactions, and sharing. With her “Hands-On” approach, not only do your receive gentle therapeutic touch during class but Maja encourages you to keep practicing off the mat during the week with hands-on homework to help you apply the themes covered in class to your fast-paced life. $287 for SIX Sundays. FIND YOUR CALM with ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE and Casey

Casey Butterfield guides you to relax your body, improve your posture, and soothe your nervous system at our calming, healing circle, starting 7/18 for 4 weeks. Together you’ll practice techniques to navigate feelings of overwhelm, discover tools to make you more comfortable physically and emotionally, and we will support each other as we cultivate our natural poise together.

We’re keeping it small and safe for lots of hands-on attention, so join us and give yourself some body kindness with these revolutionary hands-on and Somatic techniques. TBD

MEDITATING with the CHAKRAS – PRANAYAMA with Shaman Redwood

Shaman Nabeel Redwood shares what Yogis began to discover over 13,000 years ago!
