EVENT: YOGA FOR WITCHES & MAGIC with Dr. Bobbi

Have fun this witching month with Dr. Bobbi as we explore each of our 7 main Chakras from a magical perspective. Yoga is an ancient medicine for the body, mind and spirit and helps us connect to all of our senses, not just our basic five. We can develop our own extraordinary abilities to achieve our goals and dreams, called “siddhis” in Yoga, which is Sanskrit for “accomplishments” or “perfections.”

EVENT: LIGHTER THAN AIR – Effortless Good Posture with the Alexander Technique

EVENT: HANDS-ON YOGA & MINDFULNESS: A 5-WEEK SERIES with Maja!

OCTOBER 27-NOVEMBER 24TH | SUNDAY EVENINGS 4:30-6:00pm | Source Point Wellness, CA

This 5-week series will help you stretch tight muscles, relax your mind, focus your intentions, connect with your self and others, inspire your intuition, and soothe your body to align with a healthier, happier self. Maja will share tools to help you to be the best version of YOU!

Maja has been teaching this highly popular class at Occidental College and we are thrilled to host her. This 5-part Hands-on Yoga & Mindfulness Series offers personal attention, interactions, and sharing. With her “Hands-On” approach, not only do your receive gentle therapeutic touch during class but Maja encourages you to keep practicing off the mat during the week with hands-on homework to help you apply the themes covered in class to your fast-paced life. $237 for five Sundays. Each evening will conclude in a circle around candles or a Bonfire with tea or wine served. SIGN UP

Elle Roth-Brunet guides you into a dreamland every Wednesday evening for a 7-week journey through each of your 7 main Chakras. Elle’s healing Chakra Balancing Soundbath guides you through magical visualizations, Pranayama, (Medicinal Yogic Breathwork), and Self-soothing Techniques for deeper Somatic release and Spiritual healing. FIND YOUR CALM with ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE and Casey

Casey Butterfield guides you to relax your body, improve your posture, and soothe your nervous system at our calming, healing circle, starting 7/18 for 4 weeks. Together you’ll practice techniques to navigate feelings of overwhelm, discover tools to make you more comfortable physically and emotionally, and we will support each other as we cultivate our natural poise together.

We’re keeping it small and safe for lots of hands-on attention, so join us and give yourself some body kindness with these revolutionary hands-on and Somatic techniques. TBD


MEDITATING with the CHAKRAS – PRANAYAMA with Shaman Redwood

Shaman Nabeel Redwood teaches the profound science of breath control or Pranayama: the ancient yogic breathing exercises designed to facilitate spiritual awakening. Breathwork regulates and refines the breath, granting many physiological, psychological, and spiritual benefits.

But Pranayama’s main purpose is to support and deepen meditation. In this

class, we practice select breathing exercises for each Chakra before meditating so you can see how the practices work together to help lead to spiritual awakening. QIGONG: CREATIVE ENERGY FOR CHANGE with Lisa

Join Lisa for a harmonious journey toward better health and well-being. Qigong is a gentle, moving meditation practice that combines the benefits of physical movement, breath work and meditation into one practice.
